The Senior Counsel will work on a team of attorneys and paralegals to handle the numerous commercial contracts for the companys business services. Many of the contracts will be retail sales contracts with small-medium sized businesses that purchase telecommunications and IT services. The sales contracts involve working with a nationwide salesforce and distribution partners and negotiating with prospective customers. Other types of contracts include telecommunications carrier sales contracts, government telecommunications contracts, distribution and channel sales contracts, RFPs, NDAs, product development, and marketing contracts.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
