Oversee and operates either an individual manual job or a battery of automatic machines as required by the production schedule. Must be able to work C shift
ROLES &
Responsibilities:
Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards. This may include a group of machines or a single manually attended machine.
Works with Set-up personnel and Process Technicians to maintain production schedules and customer delivery dates.
Works with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment. Can recommend changes and improvements to procedures and processes that would benefit the company.
Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities such as problems encountered and/or machines that they have been assigned and are responsible for.
Takes training from Supervisor, Set-up personnel and Process Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation.
Works with the Quality department personnel to be sure they understand and maintain current quality standards.
Responsible for the housekeeping and safety of their work areas.
Moves to different machines as production requirements dictate.
Education
High school diploma or GED
Skills/Experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred
Ability to learn and display an understanding of quality, safety and process knowledge
Capable of working with team members as needed
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be self motivatedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
