Job Summary/Company:
A Sparks Group Partner is seeking a Component Engineer to join their team.
This position can be either remote or hybrid reporting to an office in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities:
Perform component researchGenerate internal documentation allowing components to be used within GE MDSManage component selection process, ensure multiple components, and alternate suppliersPlan for End of Life (EOL) components by monitoring part EOL notifications and recommending compatible component replacement options Qualifications/Background Profile:
Associate in Applied Science in Electrical Engineering 3 years of relevant work experienceFamiliar with electronics component technologies including manufacturers, reps, and distributors Experience with engineering documentation control, specifically relating to bills of material, configuration drawings and component specificationsWork Status:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
