8 Quick Apply Contract 7 hours ago Full Job Description As a Client Support Specialist you will provide help desk support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications, and hardware, through logging of issues into a client support application to help ensure accurate and timely technical assistance to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships.
May interact with network services, systems software analysts, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.

Duties:
Assists with providing initial/ basic technical support (e.

, resetting passwords for multiple applications) for internal/ external client problems and with basic services related to desktops, Personal computers, or merchant terminals.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues.
Go above and beyond to provide personalized, empathetic support that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customers' experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, tracking and reporting trends and issues as needed.
Continuously develop your technical and customer service skills, staying up to date on our products and services and taking an active role in knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build strong relationships with customers Strong technical skills and proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A passion for continuous learning and improvement Salary:
