To be considered for this Customer Success Manager position, candidates must have 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the software and/or construction industry.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle of existing customers to ensure renewals and drive growth.
Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:
Be an industry and product expert to communicate value (features, training, support) to subscribers to drive retention Own the entire post-sales experience including renewals, up-sells, and strategic account management Conduct regular business reviews and leverage internal data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion Work with internal subject matter experts to resolve problems Requirements of the Customer Success Manager:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction and or/software Customer-first mindset Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Strong computer skills including logging details in the CRM Ability to work independently and as a member of a team #IND1 115720 Job Type:
