Overview:
EagleView is currently recruiting for a Flight Support Technical Coordinator Level 2 (TC2).
This role is tasked with ensuring capture assets are in independent fabrication/maintenance of capture systems.
A successful TC2 candidate will be willing to travel extensively and will come to the job with strong mechanical and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main technical support agent for pilots, resolving rig issues to completion Independent travel to maintain, modify, and troubleshoot flight rigs in the field Assist in fabricating, testing, and improving flight rig hardware Work with other departments and EV vendors to escalate and solve multi-departmental issues Train pilots on how to operate EV flight rigs.
Effectively communicate hardware/ software operation and installation instructions to pilots/ field agents Create and maintain flight rig configuration files to ensure proper system function Coordinate and perform system software updates High level maintenance of project data for software tracking, troubleshooting and data entry Assist in updating and improving documentation for pilots, systems, and processes Create and audit reports to track inventory, projects, and workload Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Technical or mechanical certifications/training a plus Technical competency with installing and troubleshooting computer hardware/software Ability to communicate and troubleshoot issues over the phone with remote pilots/ suppliers Strong mechanical skills including, proficiency in using hand/power tools, light metal fabrication and basic electrical system knowledge Previous experience working in a technical or mechanical role (photography, hardware/software troubleshooting, aviation, machining, mechanic, GIS, software development) Experience with Microsoft Windows and basic Linux command line knowledge is preferred Capability to travel 30%-60% of the year across the US and, occasionally internationally Ability to lift 35-50lbs independently EEO Statement:

This is a full-time position in our Rochester, NY office with a base compensation range of $27-$29/per hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
