Event security guards provide protection and aid for attendees at events such as conferences, athletic events, concerts and festivals.
Event Security Guard Duties and Responsibilities Monitor the Event Maintain Order Escort Attendees Out of Events Make Regular Reports Suppress Disturbances Event Security Guard Skills and Qualifications Event security guards must be able to do the following:
Work well under pressure.
Maintain professional demeanor during stressful situations.
Be able to identify threats quickly and act accordingly.
Must be a NYS registered security guard First Aid/CPR/AED certification a plus.
