Staff Attorney
Reports to Deputy Administrator; conducts investigations of complaints as assigned; interviews witnesses; drafts reports of investigations to Commission; conducts legal research; drafts formal charges of misconduct, memoranda of law, motions, briefs and other legal documents; prepares and conducts trials and drafts briefs for hearing officers and the Commission; oral argument. Strong writing skills required.

Salary Range:
From $79410 to $99213 Annually
Minimum Qualification
At least one year admission to the New York State Bar. Litigation (depositions, trials and/or appellate) experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
