50 an hour 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago CaterTrax is seeking a dynamic Customer Software Support Representative to provide support to our clients by addressing any questions or concerns via the support line or the online ticketing system regarding technical aspects of their website using the CaterTrax application.
Working experience with CSS and HTML preferred.
Responds to client telephone calls, online chats, emails, and/or submitted support tickets regarding the CaterTrax application in a timely manner.
Performs configuration system settings for client sites.
Ensures clients are aware of the contact person that will be managing their issue/request.
Performs troubleshooting as necessary to identify the root cause of issues reported.
Addresses identified issues.
Utilizes software tools and problem solving strategies to solve site issues.
Follows up with clients regarding resolution.
Maintains client sites based on CaterTrax system updates and/or client requests for changes.
Communicates any necessary changes or updates to clients regarding their sites.
Performs revisions and/or updates to client site documentation.
Maintains records of client site issues and interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Monitors progress of development on all sites.
Assists the Site Build team with building new sites and quality control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience HS Diploma required At least one year prior customer service experience Job Type:
