Duties include, but are not limited to:
o Support, install, diagnose, maintain, and repair hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, peripheral devices) o Support software, applications, network, and telecommunication issues o Provide account management support o Work with mentor, with emphasis on analysis and problem-solving techniques o Provide Help Desk support utilizing Phone, email, chat, and in-person IT assistance provided to customer; Remoting into PCs, browsing; Remote assistance o Develop technical expertise with end user / client desktops. Problem solving, solution development, file management, Active Directory and GPO implications. Server roles, file shares and security implications. o Assist/train end users with Microsoft Office, Web software
Qualifications:
o Proficiency with computers, software, applications, OS (Win7, Win10), and peripheral devices o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Strong analytic and diagnostic abilities Hours are to be during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Preferred Degree Concentration:

Salary Range:
From $19.30 to $21.65 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
o Must be a US citizen or foreign national eligible to work in the United States o Must be 18 years of age or older o Must be currently attending a New York State college, university or graduate program, or be a resident of New York State attending a college, university or graduate program outside of New York State o Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year College or University (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a more extended period of time may qualify part-time students for participation in the Student Intern Program); or a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program o Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or equivalent to a CEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
