The Post Sales Planning Manager will be responsible for Supply Requirement Planning of the Spare Parts category within the Xerox supply chain. You will analyze demand, and refurb operation demand and build inventory levels to support multiple locations. You will interface and collaborate with internal teams (Quality engineering, Reverse Logistics, Purchasing) to ensure elevated level of inventory availability. Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely execution of production and shipping. Job
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage monthly planning cycle to build appropriate supply plan across multiple product categories and support inventory strategy for our global parts demand (US/CA/LATAM). Define and build planning models, planning parameters for current and new product categories. Assess product segmentation, ABC analysis, make decisions on purchasing strategies. Size business requirements within operations organization, and drive systematic solutions for parts inventory planning, and replenishment planning. Partner with business teams to define planning strategy for EOL, and establish processes to measure and manage obsolescence. Contextualize historical trends and patterns and collaborate with reverse logistic teams to formulate optimal stocking strategies. Provide analysis and scenario plans to support S&OP process, and articulate recommendations to supply chain leadership team highlighting Service, Inventory and Logistic cost impact and tradeoffs Utilize existing tools and develop new approaches/tools/systems to manage component requirements Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/constrains/process gaps and drive process improvement Develop reports related to POs, Supply commit schedules, Inventory, Forecast accuracy and other KPIs Job Duties:
Manage a team of planner/buyers. Lead the New Xerox culture change across the organization Provide leadership, training, communications, and feedback to employees. Direction setting for initiatives within the organization, both systems and process, aimed at achieving replenishment related goals and objectives Lead the Financial and operational management of in on-site customer inventory. Ownership of monthly inventory close process. Lead the Development of annual expense plans, monthly/quarterly outlook and assessments and monthly close processes Direction setting for initiatives within the organization, both systems and process, aimed at achieving replenishment related goals and objectives Create dynamic effective partnerships and strong relationships with partners across LOB, Opco, Field Technical Service, delivering results and ensuring compliance to cost/quality/delivery metrics. Lead root cause analysis for current situations, develop effective solutions, execute solutions.
Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field, Master's Degree preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience, Black Belt preferred. Minimum 8 years operational experience. Proven track record of individual and team leadership, organizational change management, cross-functional team effectiveness, process optimization, data analytics with root cause analysis, crucial conversations, and team development. Prior experience in creating and managing financial budgets, outlooks and assessments preferred. Experience in managing or leading large cross functional projects/programs. Prior experience with systems development projects or management of systems a plus. Prior experience/knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, supplies business, particularly as it relates to replenishment and inventory management. High level understanding of Xerox equipment and the various types of service/supplies contracts and offerings. Prior experience in customer and/or field support, escalation processes and issue resolution. Very strong data analysis skills. Strong communications and presentation skills. Experience with Xelus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
