We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Project Manager for a high-profile project in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities Communicate directly with the client Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance Manage contractor compliance with documents Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process Qualifications Minimum 15
years of successful construction project management experience with emphasis in public work projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to client or facility executives Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple task Parks and Open Space Experience a plus We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and excellent benefits. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
