Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Facility Operations Assistant 1 is responsible for assisting in maintaining the appearance and condition of the grounds, and the community residences throughout the District. Under the direction of Plant Maintenance personnel:
o Maintains the appearance and conditions of grounds at State facilities. o Cleans grounds of homes and decks by utilizing pressure washers and brushes. o Paint and stain homes and decks. o May assist in minor maintenance duties under the supervision of a tradesman. o Other duties as assigned. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
o Able to work independently or as part of a work team. o Able to operate a variety of hand and power equipment in a safe manner.

Salary Range:
From $33157 to $41018 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
