com ) Position Summary This role is responsible for managing and motivating a team of shopfloor employees.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role is key to managing the team's activities and motivating them to achieve their objectives.
In this role you will ensure completed work meets all specifications and compliances, whilst also ensuring health and safety is a priority.
You will be involved with solving day to day problems with the team and identifying where productivity improvements can be made.
Completing risk assessments, ensuring the team is trained to adequately meet objectives and investigating minor accidents and NCRs will also be part of the role.
