Responsible for the support of the administration needs of the Nortera USA Human Resources team.
Will be the first point of contact for general HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners.
Responsible for the maintenance of all employee-related records, management of HR documents (onboarding materials, employment records, etc), and maintenance of internal recordkeeping and reporting in company databases.
Provide back up to Payroll and Benefits Specialist, processing of weekly payroll and benefits record and invoice maintenance.
PROFILE Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Knowledge of NY State and Federal Labor laws.
Experience with HR Software and payroll systems.
Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and problem-solving ability.
One to three years of human resources experience.
Food industry experience is desirable but not required.
