Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of the Creative Resources Group, this role oversees the design team in the development and production of visuals that support creative concepts and solutions.
The incumbent ensures the marketing materials are competitive and support our Health Plan and marketing strategies.
This role also requires analyzing and understanding emerging technology and design principles to make recommendations to enhance our positioning.
Essential Accountabilities:
Applies strong knowledge of brand and design standards, visual storytelling and the creative landscape to support the delivery of high-quality assets for multichannel marketing communications campaigns.
Manages accurate and timely completion of assigned communications projects from concept to execution, including participating in and leading cross-functional work groups.
Leads the ideation and development of innovative visual solutions.
Develops visual assets in support of creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
Helps establish and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity; ensures the integrity of brand and design in development of visual solutions.
Advances brand guidelines for Health Plan Brands - including templates, assets and design elements needed for the organization.
Leverages and aligns Health Plan brand identity to marketing materials, messaging, and strategies while helping to improve and strengthen overall graphic identity.
Engages and supports Marketing and Brand Communications through the design and development of a variety of projects.
Drives continual improvement in creative quality and stays up to date on current trends, strategies and technologies.
Supports the creative department's growth in technical and design expertise.
Develops and maintains expertise in the latest production tools and techniques.
Works closely with department leadership to promote innovative thinking and creative excellence.
Participates in or leads strategic discussions/brainstorming sessions.
Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising a team of designers, photographers, illustrators, and animators.

Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.

Conducts periodic staff meetings to include timely distribution and education related to departmental and Ethics/Compliance information.
Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
Performs other functions as assigned by management.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
Eight or more years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring a team of creative professionals.
Proven expertise in graphic design, photography, typography and iconography.
Strong skills in advanced techniques helpful (e.
g.
:
color grading, 3D animation, motion graphics).
Demonstrable technical and aesthetic knowledge of different visual media formats.
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.
g.
:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated success in meeting project budgets, production schedules, and project timelines.
Outstanding visual, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate design standards and recommendations to a diverse audience.
Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a workstation and working on a computer.
Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
