Summary:
A Quality Manager is responsible for working with leadership and operational employees to ensure effective implementation of the Complemar Quality Management System.
A Quality Manager is expected to understand all aspects of their job and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Works efficiently, has a strong work ethic and is detail-oriented.
Maintains good attendance and is adaptable to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating Internal Audits at five Complemar sites.
Participate as an auditor.
Log and facilitate root cause investigations for Complaints, CAPA and supplier issues.
Follow up on Corrective Actions.
Assist with Document & Record Control.
Use technical writing skills to assist process owners with documented procedures and work instructions.
Interact with Quality Technicians and Project Managers to control non-conforming product.
Run and interpret reports.
Serves as a QMS resource for Complemar employees.
Reads, adheres to work instructions, (safety) procedures, policies and completes forms or reports and makes suggestions to improve processes or procedures.
Validate operations processes.
Lead, facilitate or participate in process failure mode and effect analysis (pFMEA; risk assessment).
Represent quality function as appropriate in various cross functional meetings, including Order Summary meetings.
Assist as needed with employee training.
Ensure equipment calibrations are up-to-date and follow up with equipment found to be out of tolerance.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain 5S Standards, which entails accurately and efficiently managing items in the warehouse.
Bring to the attention of Supervisor for any equipment, material issues or workplace hazards.
Willingness to serve on cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, ongoing improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
ISO 9001.
ISO 13485 a plus Understanding and experience with Quality Control (sampling, statistics, trend and control charts) Competent use of Microsoft Office products (Primarily Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook; Visio a plus) Ability to write, read and interpret documents.
Ability to write routine reports and (email) correspondence as needed.
Superior problem-solving skills to identify any Performance, Software, Equipment or Process opportunities.
Superior English skills; able to read, write and speak English fluently and clearly.
Superior math skills; apply statistics and identify trends Superior computer knowledge and skills.
Intermediate interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees.
Intermediate multi-tasking skills.
Willing and able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess an Associate's Degree, preferably in science or engineering.
Prefer 1-year prior work experience in a warehouse and/or loading dock environment.
Prior Quality experience required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Quality Manager is exposed to heavy equipment, warehouse, moving mechanical parts and is exposed to fumes, airborne particles and vibration.
The workplace noise level is usually moderate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
