Integrity First Installation is a rapidly expanding company, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Area Installation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our installation services.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential tasks.
The Area Installation Specialist is a full-time position, with a primary focus on customer service and fostering and nurturing professional partnerships with Lowe's Home Improvement.

Responsibilities:

Area Installation Specialist helps meet Company-established Key Performance Indicators to drive success.
2.
Area Installation Specialist ensures a seamless installation process that exceeds customer expectations in terms of quality and satisfaction.
3.
Prioritizing superior customer satisfaction scores to maintain our commitment to excellence.
4.
Gaining a deep understanding of the installation contractor marketplace in the defined area, including knowledge of key competitors, installer base, and local pricing structures.
5.
Understand the installation contractor marketplace for defined area, including working knowledge of key competitors, installer base and local pricing structure.
6.
Recruiting, onboarding, and training installers for the assigned geographical area to build a skilled workforce.
7.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion concerning significant financial matters, including but not limited to authorizing installer invoice payments, approving, and discussing installer chargebacks due to quality/non-performance issues, authorizing the purchase of additional materials, and approving customer compensation in resolution of disputes and claims.
8.
Responds to escalated customer issues and answers customer questions which cannot be answered by other staff, including conducting site visits to determine appropriate and necessary action to resolve concerns.
9.
Perform targeted store visits at direction of Integrity First Installations leadership to evaluate and support installer/Lowe's relationship.
Qualifications:
1.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or training Equivalent combination of education and experience Customer service management experience required.
2.
Language Skills:
Ability to understand and follow simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed.
Proofreads work.
3.
Leadership Ability Skilled in situational leadership and motivating teams.
Effective communications vision and strategy.
4.
Reasoning Ability Problem-solving in standardized situations with few variables.
5.
Computer Skills Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
Proficiency in database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing software.
6.
Vision Ability to view documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten documents.
Ability to drive.
7.
Valid unrestricted driver's license Unrestricted driver's license required.
Must meet company driving insurance coverage requirements.
8.
