Building maintenance and repairs Apartment turnover.
Seasonal landscaping Facility Housekeeping This person will work as an Assistant to the Building Superintendant and will primarily be responsible for :
Professional, positive attitude and work ethic; Must present a neat, professional image every day.
Performing regular HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and other building repairs.
Assists Building Superintendent with all maintenance functions for the site.
Promotes positive relationships with tenants, internal and external customers.
Leads site staff to maintain property service levels as stated.
Creates routing schedules for staff and supervises tasks to completion.
Facilitates training of staff on general maintenance functions.
Manages the site preventive maintenance program.
Inspects building and grounds at regular intervals for overall conditions.
Great opportunity for advancement.
F/T 40 hours per week, overtime when needed.
