Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent's main responsibilities will be to :
- Leading the talent acquisition process - Attract new candidates through job forums, presentations, online searches, job portals and phone calls; - Manage the Onboarding :
Paperwork, group insurance, contract - Consulting role:
partnering with management teams in your business units in all matters relating to human resources management; - Manage group insurances (enrolment, follow up.

) - Provide administrative support (drafting various letters, etc.
) ; Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree, human resources management, industrial relations or equivalent training; - Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position; - Customer service oriented; - Proficiency in the Office suite; - Rigor, efficiency and ability to work under pressure; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency; - Discretion.
