Job Description:
Develops and maintains customized analytical reports/dashboards using various systems that provide data insights for our key external and internal partners Collaborates with Talent Acquisition leaders and other partners to ensure data integrity and develop appropriate auditing tools, reports and analysis methodologies answer strategic questions, make insightful data driven business decisions and properly design new initiatives Provides ongoing reporting to TA and HR teams on talent programs and lead the development of automated reports Subject matter experts on projects involving metrics and data with a deep understanding of innovative reporting and performance Talent Acquisition metrics that align with business needs Utilizes creative thinking and problem-solving skill to troubleshoot user issues, identify solutions, and solve TA organizational problems and empower decisions with high quality data insights Manages and supports in the research and evaluate of current and future technology solutions for TA Ad-hoc projects depending on business needs and assists the Director with special analysis and projects Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactions Assist with opening requisitions, dispositioning candidates and creating offer letters in ATS Prepare offer letters, relocation forms, referral bonus requests and other recruiting correspondence Submit, monitor and coordinate background checks, I9s and the preboarding process Assist with candidate sourcing and searches Participate on special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Programs Analyst or Business Analyst Prior experience in HR preferred Prior experience in ATS systems Job Types:
