The Inventory Control Lead will ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible in accordance with the organization's inventory cycle.

Summary:
Maintains control of all inventoried items.
Ensures accurate and timely system transactions of inventory movement.
Leads and directs warehouse associates in the picking for production manufacturing orders, yachting orders, line-item orders, and daily replenishment of cell inventory, as well as cycle counts.
Evaluates cycle counts, determines root cause analysis on variances and report results to management.

Essential Functions:
Verify the correct quantity of the correct items is pulled from wall stock for cell inventory.
Perform inventory transactions in system for production manufacturing orders, vendor receipts, movement of inventory from wall to cell, transaction of scrap and outdated material.
Perform and evaluate cycle count information.
Develop metrics for cycle count evaluations.
Analyze cycle count discrepancies and identify root cause(s).
Ensure all material movement is properly transacted in the system.
Prioritize daily schedule of activities for Warehouse Associates.
Perform monthly review of expired items.
Process returns to vendor for non-conforming inventory.
Coordinate priority items for receiving, ensure timely processing of priority items and disbursement of same to required location.
Ensure vendor receipts are stocked in proper location.
Work closely with Operations Manager and Asst Production Manager to ensure picking / repicking of manufacturing orders are completed in coordination with production schedule.
Work closely with purchasing to ensure timely receipt of products for production.
Maintain all client information which may be encountered either directly or indirectly while in the performance of the job in strict confidence in accordance with HIPAA and/or any other pertinent confidentiality regulations.
Coordinates and reports to vendors for all RMA returns.
Prepare and ship RMA stock back to vendor in accordance to company/vendor policy.
Troubleshoot and resolve RMA and customer issues, resolve irregularities on returned products and determine warranty validation and entitlement.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Ability to collect and analyze data.
Previous supervisory experienced preferred Must be able to sit for extended periods.
Must be able to operate a personal computer.
Must be able to read data from various sources.
Must be able to lift to 75 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach above head, climb ladder.
Must be able to tolerate temperature extremes.
MINIMUM
Experience:
Minimum two years' experience with material transactions 3-5 years Inventory Lead Experience High School Diploma SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
