Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives.
Duties include project identification and scoping, gathering requirements, project estimating, acquiring suppliers and resources, full scope of budgeting, including invoice tracking, reconciliation and payment, and project close out.
Projects generally focused on building infrastructure, repair, and improvement.
Throughout the duration of the project, the Project Manager will regularly communicate with staff and clients, make decisions, and closely monitor the progress of the project to maintain its schedule.
Responsibilities include:
oGathering requirements to include full scope of project (building, technical, equipment needs) oCreating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines oProject leadership to project team to include resourcing of all skillsets required to complete the project.
Delegating tasks included in the project to resources best positioned to execute them oMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project oServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy oCommunicating with management to ensure project stages aligned with goals oPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected oAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changes oEvaluate drawings and specifications to determine requirements necessary for project success Skills Required:
oBuilding systems and technical infrastructure knowledge and experience oEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to relay confidence and professionalism oLeadership capability for leading both internal and external teams oAbility to organize and prioritize clearly the complexity and volume of information associated with projects oStrong interpersonal skills, to include professional demeanor, teamwork and collaboration, and adherence to Kodak values oRecognizes and communicates problems and risks in advance, along with recommendations oExperience with financial systems and budgeting, recognizing the criticality of accurate tracking and compliance oSelf-motivated, is flexible and adaptive to changing situations, effectively deals with conflict oKnowledge and experience with reading and interpreting building drawings Job Type:
