Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, using computerized systems Efficiently manage acute and chronic illnesses Oversee and adjust specialized equipment, interpret and record electronic displays, such as EKGs, to track patient conditions Educate and guide patients and their families What We'reLooking For:
Valid New York State RN License Minimum one year of recent acute care Med/Surg Tele RN experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred) Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills If you'rea Med/Surg Telemetry RN eager to make a difference, we encourage you to apply today!
