Coach and trains all new and current associates.
Hold daily huddles establishing workflow and expectations.
Manage logistical projects to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, and quality.
Assist with warehouse slotting and other process-oriented changes throughout the warehouse.
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with each associate to evaluate job performance and coach associates to function at a more successful level.
Function as the primary trainer for all logistical warehouse functions.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of a training program for all warehouse positions.
Responsible for ensuring that appropriate paperwork is filed for daily sanitation (HACCP), safety, and receiving and all procedures are followed.
As needed, the Warehouse Supervisor will provide receiving assistance throughout the day to help expedite product.
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 5:
30pm - 3:
30am.
What You Need:
4
years warehouse experience High School Diploma or GED Extensive knowledge and proficiency with POS/Target Effective communication skills Basic computer knowledge; competency in typing High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to effective lead and coach team members Preferred Skills Previous food service distribution experience 2
