Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for all Learning & Organizational Development department needs and requests Coordinates scheduling and related set up needs for all employee trainings including but not limited to school New Staff Orientation, professional development opportunities, and supervisor and leadership trainings Responsible for implementing new staff orientation process Supports the onboarding of new employees and acts as a resource for new employees during the first few weeks of employment Supports the implementation of grant funded employee support programs to ensure alignment with funding requirements.
Tasks related to grant funded programs change but may include directly communicating with employees to facilitate grant implementation, completing POs, and tracking completion of grant related activities Supports the utilization of the agency's learning management system by entering new employees, deactivating former employees, resetting passwords, assigning courses, tracking course completion, creating course sign ups, and other tasks to support the efficient and effective use of the system Responsible for assembling training materials for all agency trainings including but not limited to school New Staff Orientation, the Teacher Assistant training program, other professional development opportunities, and supervisor and leadership trainings Supports the Learning and Organizational Development Coordinator with the implementation of departmental initiatives Maintains system for employee laptop sign out for training and development needs Coordinates room scheduling and related set up needs for agency related functions.
Maintains accurate records of staff trainings including but not limited to mandated trainings to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements Processes employee conference requests, makes arrangements for employees to attend conferences and ensures appropriate documentation is received from employees upon their return and processes appropriately Maintains records for community speaking events to process continuing education certificates and comply with grant funded requirements Assembles the student intern information packets and maintains appropriate documentation for internship placements, student observations, and tours Participates in agency functions and various community meetings as requested Other duties may be assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
