Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with organizing company events or meetings Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-Must be efficient in Billing and Invoices - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
