Tully Rinckey PLLC is actively interviewing attorneys interested in joining our labor and employment practice groups inside the Firm's Rochester, NY office.
Our firm is one of the largest federal sector labor and employment law firms in the country.
Our employment law team of over 30 attorneys throughout the country routinely assist individuals who work for federal and state governments, in addition to municipality and town employees, private sector executives and employees, labor unions, and employers with their legal needs.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in representing individuals in employment-related claims against the federal government.
We are seeking experienced Partner and Associate attorneys.
Candidates will also have experience in State specific employment matters.

Attorneys will practice alongside their peers at Tully Rinckey who are AV rated, ranked by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for their skills and results in the practice.
Compensation is based on experience.
