90 an hour Job Description Highland Hospital is seeking a per diem Information Desk Receptionist to Saturday and Sunday from 5:
30pm-8:
30pm.
Essential Job Duties include:
Greet and direct visitors, patients and families in a professional and knowledgeable manner, providing exceptional customer service and following all visitation guidelines.
Screen and register all visitors, support persons per CDC guidelines utilizing Epic computer system, and educate visitors on visitation guidelines and requirements.
Provide accurate information, using hospital computer system, to both visitors and telephone inquiries for information such as patient location, telephone extensions, surgical information, as appropriate following all HIPAA protocols, etc.
Educate appropriate visitors for Covid positive patients on appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), utilizing established training protocol provided by Social Work prior to initial approved visit.
Handle customer complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.
Salary Range:
$15.
00- $19.
90 an hour The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

1-2 years customer service experience; receptionist experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
