The printing press operator produces printed materials by following standard operating procedures, setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining the printing equipment.

Schedule: 1st Shift, 4 days x 10 hours/day
Monday - Thursday
5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Duties
Operation of flexographic press equipment
Operation of table top and slitter rewinder machines
Ability to color match using Pantone Color Guide
Capable of running multi-color printing jobs with in-line die cutting
Reliably set-up & clean-up printing jobs with minimal assistance
Maintain production at 95% of documented quota rates
Ability to align printing plates properly
Ability adjust center lines to maintain print quality
Adhere to documented Standard Operating Procedures
Performs quality in line audit checks
Performs press daily and weekly preventative maintenance
Takes care of daily shop clean ups and maintain 6S organization
Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
Mechanical skills
Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
Minimum 1years of flexographic printing experience
Minimum 1 year of lean experience a plus
Able to lift 50

Pay range for this opportunity is $15.13 - $19.87.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
