From washing and waxing to interior cleaning and detailing, you'll use your skills and expertise to enhance the appearance of our inventory and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities Detail Technician:




  • Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces to a high standard of cleanliness and shine

  • Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces to remove stains, dirt, and odors

  • Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches, dents, or paint chips, and perform minor touch-ups or recommend repairs as needed

  • Utilize detailing products, equipment, and techniques effectively and safely to achieve optimal results

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, including equipment maintenance and inventory management

  • Adhere to dealership standards and protocols for quality control, safety, and customer service

  • Communicate effectively with team members, sales staff, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests



Qualifications Detail Technician:




  • Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, with a strong understanding of detailing techniques, products, and equipment

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in technology, products, and procedures

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
