The candidate will prepare, for attorney review, all pleadings and papers relating to foreclosure matters. Will have substantial interaction with clients, courts and counsel regarding progression of matters and critical issues. Effectively manage workflow and supervise clerical support. B.S./B.A. degree required. Paralegal certificate a plus. Knowledge of foreclosures including reading title, drafting pleadings including summons and complaint and notice of pendency.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
