Seeking deep understanding of Scientific Injection Molding and the ability to evaluate and coordinate dozens of variables into an optimized injection molding process that generates the fastest cycle-times at the lowest scrap rates.
Required:
Understanding of Mold Fill optimization to include understanding in-mold rheology of plastics
Understanding of how to optimize Pack & Hold phases
Experience with Valve Gate Controllers and Sequential or Cascaded flow.
Understanding of how to optimize cooling cycle
Experience in parallel Dry Cycle optimization to include mold open, part removal, and mold closing.
Experience with Robotic part removal
3+ years Injection Molding Experience
RJG Master Molder I or equivalent

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
