Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be answering inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers. Consultants also provide Tier 1 technical support as well as upsell new and existing products and services. As a Customer Support Consultant you will also have the opportunity to:
Multi-task and interact with several contacts simultaneously
Communicate suggestions for program enhancement to the Program Manager or Supervisor
Receive paid training to prepare you to meet and exceed all client and company performance specifications
Act with the highest degree of professionalism to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
Bilingualism a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
