Harter Secrest Emery LLP is seeking a partner-level attorney with a portable book of business, or a demonstrated ability to develop business, to join the firms Corporate Finance Group in our Rochester office. Candidates must have at least 7 years experience representing a variety of clients in complex financial transactions, including banks and institutional investors, borrowers and issuers, in connection with a full range of financings, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based and cash flow financings, mezzanine financings and other junior capital investments, and acquisition financings. Ideally, the candidate would have experience representing private equity or mezzanine fund sponsors in leveraged acquisition financing transactions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
