Director Talent Management

Proactively fosters partnerships with Business Area Leaders/Vice Presidents and within HR to develop and implement high impact organization and leadership development plans that promote the accomplishment of the Business Area and organizational goals and strategies. Develops and implements strategic talent management programs/plans including leadership and technical training. Collaborates and drives diversity and inclusion direction and strategy and ensures alignment with the Company's mission, vision and core values.
MAJOR ROLES AND
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Talent and Training functions (Operation, Gas and customer service) as part of the HR organization, and ensure the processes and deliverables of these functional areas are integrated with business priorities and overall talent strategy. 2. Liaises with Iberdrola Group Development Department to ensure alignment and effective implementation of the Iberdrola Group strategies, policies and programs, in particular those aimed at the executive and senior team members. 3. Oversees the development of talent management strategy and including diversity/inclusion, leadership and employee training and development in support of the short-term and long-term business goals. 4. Serves as a primary Center of Excellence (COE) leader and ensures Divisional/local HR and business strategies are aligned with the Enterprise HR strategies and plans; partners with other COE's and Business Partners to ensure strategies and processes are coordinated across the organization.5. Develops deep insight of business drivers and proactively engages stakeholders to accelerate value creation through talent management solutions; keeps abreast of the latest business trends, tools and techniques within the Talent Management realm while focusing on diversity/inclusion. 6. Provides deep expertise into company-wide talent management, programs, policies, internal communication and employer branding. 7. Partners with stakeholders to design and develop a solid understanding of business agendas and challenges; guides leaders and HR staff in prioritizing leader and organization development initiatives; consults with Business Areas to match talent management/organizational development programs to support growth of diverse leadership, talent and technical capability pipelines of the business. 8. Oversees the design and development of programs through skilled assessment (strategic planning, coaching, leadership consultation/development, talent planning, strategic improvement, affirmative action and change execution related activities) to address enterprise and business need. 9. Manages and develops staff including setting objectives, maintaining budget and performance management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: o Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 10 years of broad-based human resource responsibility in a Mid to senior level position. Experience in talent management preferred. MBA or MS HR preferred. Experience/Training: o Minimum of 7 years of experience in a talent management leadership role with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Preference given with an OD/Talent Management background. o Experience in best-in-class talent management program design and implementation across multiple companies. Consulting background a plus. o Demonstrated experience in leading successful diversity and inclusion programs. o Leadership ability in a fast-paced business environment. Must be able to effectively manage and execute tasks with multiple competing priorities. o Demonstrated proficiency in the design and implementation of the following areas: talent management; leadership development; strategic change models; high performing teams and diversity and inclusion. Skills/Abilities: o Leading the Business forward through Strategic visioning and stakeholder management. o Working and collaborating cross-functionally with all levels of employees and management with having socio-political savvy to identify specific needs of the business. o Demonstrated excellence in active listening; influence and persuasion; negotiation; consultation; and facilitation. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
