Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer in the Rochester, NY area. As a Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver complete, fully functional process systems to clients, on time and within budget.
Key duties will include:
Select the appropriate components considering form, fit, function cost and delivery and develop the Process BOM
Develop the P&ID's associated with a customer's design request
Sizing equipment and communicating with equipment vendors to collect component specifications
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Design
Knowledge of Fluid Dynamics and Heat Exchanges preferred
Familiarity working with AutoCAD. Solidworks is a plus
Ability to understand and interpret P&ID's and functional descriptions
