Industrial Painter

We are recruiting for a high tech company in the Greater Rochester area, looking for an Industrial Painter to join their team, who is experienced in industrial painting and in the preparation of parts prior to painting.
Must have 2 years' experience in industrial painting or related field to include the operation of spray guns and sander and must be knowledgeable in the regulations for the safe use and disposal of paint and related products.

Must have 2 to 3 years minimum experience with the following:

Responsibilities:
Supporting and working with Dept. Supervisor, will coordinate parts for painting, determine schedules based on work load, or other operations that are required.
Assist in keeping track of paint supplies and help in the maintenance department with equipment.
Properly mix the paint ingredients to achieve a consistent finished color and texture.
Must be knowledgeable in the regulations for the safe use and disposal of paint and related products.
Able to work in a relatively small area, without having conflicts with fellow worker(s).
Demonstrate the ability to work productively with minimal supervision, and achieve the goals of the department.
Responsible for the safe handling of delicate and/or precision machined parts.
Must also demonstrate the following:
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Able to set up, and operate various industrial paint equipment, such as: spray guns, sanders, etc.
Good cleanliness and organizational skills.
Ability to work as a team player and in a very busy and at times, a stressful environment.
Able to deal with priority requirements and schedule changes.
Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. in weight, and mentally able to handle the daily work load.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent to be considered.
Hours will be 7:30 am- 4pm.
Pay will be flexible based qualifications and experience to up to $22.00.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
