Office Assistant PART TIME - on West Side of Rochester

We are recruiting for one of our clients on the West side of Rochester who seeks an Office Assistant to work Part Time at this time with opportunity to grow into a full time position in the future.
HOURS WILL BE MONDAY - WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY 12:
00 to 4:
30 pm with occasional Thursdays.
Responsibilities will be to support the Office Manager with clerical duties, phone calls, filing, sorting mail, and data entry into Excel. To be considered must have basic to intermediate Excel skills.

If you have the ability to work part time as an Office Assistant 16 to 20 plus hours a week, and can grow with the company to accept a full time position and work 35 to 40 hours and grow with the company, we would like to hear from you. The time frame to go full time is unknown but could happen in 6 months to 1 year.

To be considered, Office Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have some office/clerical experience to be qualified for this position.
Must have a solid work history and professional references.

Must be able to work 35 to 40 hours and go full time as business demands grow.

Pay rate is 10.00 to 11.00, up to 12.00 an hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
