This company is growing again and has doubled in size in 8 years and seeks an CNC Lathe Machinist/Supervisor to lead a group of 6-7 Lathe Machinists.
CNC Supervisor will operate either turning lathes or Swiss lathes type machines, multi-axis, double spindle, live tooling.
This is a key position offering assistance to other set up machinists and programmers.

This position will be responsible for operating high end Lathe machines, producing sophisticated, complex parts, working very tight tolerances for OEM's, medical, transportation, energy and aerospace applications.
CNC Supervisor must have 5 years plus experience with set up and operation of Swiss or Turning Lathes.
Excellent math skills required, and must have solid work history, reliable and take pride in their work.
CNC Supervisor will operator as well, do walk through inspections, as well as assist and mentor others.
No programming necessary but knowledge of G-Code a must.

Much overtime will be offered and will work a minimum of 45 to 50 hours per week.
