We have several outstanding CNC Set Up Operator positions at numerous manufacturing companies throughout Monroe County.
DIRECT HIRE A SHIFT opportunity with a Top 100 Precision Machining and Manufacturing company in the Greater Rochester Area. This company offers much growth and a great career path and opportunity to support, manufacture and work with a very high tech, world class complicated product. This is an A shift position, offering the opportunity to work 4 - 10 hour days, Monday through Thursday.
We seek a CNC Lathe Machinist/Operator with twin-turret Lathe experience and has the ability to change tools, preform offsets and operate, etc.
CNC Machinist/operator is responsible for the safe operation and set up of a wide variety of CNC equipment.

Responsibilities include the following:
Must be able to debug and optimize manufacturing processes for jobs or machines which they are responsible.
Must demonstrate a very high level of competency with all types of metal working equipment, both manual and CNC.
Must demonstrate the ability to debug machining processes and communicate those processes for manufacturing.

Installs machining fixtures and tooling using Tool Sheet and Setup instructions with no supervision.
Produces first piece from setup while observing machining cycle to prevent damage to work piece, tooling, machine or injury to operator.
Must be able to read, understand and interpret blueprints and specifications, including GD&T.
Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications and have the ability to record the results of these inspections.
Must have 2-5
years related experience and/or training;

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
