Position Overview
Build the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to take on a frontline leadership role in Dolomite operations.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Learn how to operate within Dolomite's safety culture and how to manage safety as a core value.
Learn the operations from a ground level, hands on perspective. Learn to execute many of the jobs necessary in production operations.
Learn all the aspect related to local, state and federal compliance within operations.
Learn basic supervisory skills necessary to take on a leadership role.
Get basic accounting understanding of levers related to operations managements.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's /Associate's Degree preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear
The employee is frequently required to sit, climb and use hands to finger, handle or feel
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move from 10 to 30 lbs.

close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
