Position Overview
Build the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to take on a frontline leadership role in Dolomite operations.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Learn how to operate within Dolomite's safety culture and how to manage safety as a core value.
Learn the operations from a ground level, hands on perspective. Learn to execute many of the jobs necessary in production operations.
Learn all the aspect related to local, state and federal compliance within operations.
Learn basic supervisory skills necessary to take on a leadership role.
Get basic accounting understanding of levers related to operations managements.
Qualifications

Education/Experience
Bachelor's /Associate's Degree preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
