ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)
Serve as integral member of the client management and cash management teams in assigned districts and/or segment. Assist channel in serving as the clients trusted advisor for cash management solutions in order to develop, manage and retain profitable client relationships for clients with more complex cash management needs. Take accountability for and contribute to the team's portfolio growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with Relationship Manager to acquire, expand and retain business clients who have both fundamental and complex cash/treasury Management needs.
Serve as the trusted advisor for clients with more complex cash management needs to develop, manage and retain profitable client relationships.
Effectively identify client needs and provide solutions, and participate in various aspects of client management, in-person client calling, and relationship reviews for clients with complex treasury management needs.
Manage book of business to deepen existing relationships through proactive identification of integrated solutions to unmet client needs. Support channels RMs in identifying opportunities for clients and prospects.
Collaborate with channel RM to stay up to date on client relationships and maintain fluid communication with internal partners to provide seamless service to clients.
Effectively prepare sales presentations which provide comprehensive solutions for clients cash management needs and which may include cash management cost benefit analyses and other studies.
Conduct cash management external speakers series and seminars, in accordance with segment strategy and in conjunction with channel.
Maintain data integrity CE Desktop (our customer relationship management system) to create a complete picture of client service and support, including timely data entry.
Refer clients with only fundamental cash management needs to Inside cash management specialist and ensure smooth transition.
Team with Cash Management Advisors and RMs to manage and grow the regional book through effective referrals and teaming to service the clients.
Act with sense of urgency to respond to client and partner requests.
Ensure that client accounts and services are set up and maintained flawlessly and seamlessly, including obtaining appropriate information, providing follow up and communicating with appropriate parties on results, client needs and execution.
Direct and partner with Treasury Relationship Associates, as appropriate, to ensure seamless set up and service for clients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience with a minimum of 7-10 years cash management consultative sales experience.
Proven track record of cash management and/or specialty finance sales success
Expertise in the complete cash/treasury management solutions set and ability to effectively utilize consultative and strategic solution selling skills and deliver products and services based on identified value proposition
The ability to travel to various locations throughout the assigned geographic territory to call on clients and meet their needs, as required
Progress towards advanced degree or professional certification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
