In this vital role you will manage full lifecycle recruitment. You will direct, plan and implement activities to identify and hire quality dentist candidates for position openings in a timely and efficient manner. With direct support from Operations Management, and strategic program and development support from the company's Talent Acquisition team you will identify staffing opportunities and partner to ensure territory and company hiring objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Dentist Recruiters must establish long-term relationships that build significant value for Aspen Dental, the defined territory and the candidate by immersing themselves in practice operations and the overall dental community. Recruiters will support internal retention efforts by supporting new candidate on-boarding and the continued integration of new dentists into the operating business model, ensuring new dentist expectations are being met while anticipating their needs and helping to resolve their challenges. Recruiters must support maximizing new and existing practice results through the development of a clear understanding of practice metrics and territory operating plans. Travel is required to support interviews, dental school visits and various dental trade shows.
Minimum Education and Experience
Qualified candidates for this role will have 5 years of senior level recruitment experience within a specialty or professional niche discipline with preference given to those with experience in healthcare. Candidates must have proven experience as an effective operations business partner and candidate liaison. Skill highlights must include external source development, lifecycle recruitment, user knowledge of applicant tracking systems, interactive and social media applications, and excellent screening, salesmanship and follow through capabilities. Candidates must be flexible for travel, including days and hours of work, have independent management skills and strong computer literacy. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Support for strategy, recruitment initiatives, program implementation and professional development will be delivered through the company's professional recruitment team. Compensation for this position includes a salary and an annual bonus opportunity.
