SUMMARY
As a Marketing Advisor, your ability to plan and implement marketing communications and materials leads to successful awareness and demand for services and physicians, advancing both the image and business objectives of RRH.
ATTRIBUTES
At least five (5) years of experience in marketing/communications
Strong communications, writing and editing skills; proficient in Microsoft Office software
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to multi-task/adapt to high changing environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management. Oversee, develop and execute service-line marketing and promotional plans; define target markets, assess customer needs and service quality characteristics; execute plans with an established budget; work with digital team to execute online promotion and presence for service line and key providers
Brand Management. Increase RRH's visibility and enhance brand awareness with communities, physicians, caregivers, patients, employers and payers
Evaluation & Coordination. Organize resources and teams; evaluate readiness of products and services for marketing and promotional support; establish targets and key indicators to track performance and effectiveness of marketing programs
